The Merry Maiden is a dark medieval character drama with an erotic heart — and a sharp vein of comedy running through it.
Think illustrated novel more than traditional game. The explicit content is there, but it earns its place. The story is built around pressure, choice, intimacy, loyalty, jealousy, survival, and consequence — with the occasional moment that makes you laugh before it makes you wince.
This is not for everyone.

Download and extract the zip, then run the game executable.
The Windows version is the official release. Windows may show a warning because the game is not code-signed. This means Windows does not recognize Rook Milk as a verified publisher yet.
If you downloaded the game directly from this itch.io page, you can continue past the warning and run the game.
Android
Download and install the APK on your Android device.
The Android build is experimental and may vary by device. The APK is signed with a self-signed certificate, so your device may ask you to allow installation from this source.
Because Godot C#/.NET Android exports are still experimental, the Windows version is the recommended version.
